Veteran journalist Angie Francalancia, who founded the company in 2009, combines media savvy, expert writing, and a healthy dose of logistical know-how into each client’s communications plan.

As founder of The Connection Public Relations, Angie Francalancia brings a journalist’s critical eye and news judgement to public relations and marketing. She has written for more than 30 years on topics ranging from simple, heartwarming features to complex, hard-hitting analysis. She spent more than 20 years in South Florida as a reporter in various departments at The Palm Beach Post. With a knack for explaining complex topics and a reputation for balanced, truthful writing, she has the respect and admiration of community, government, and business leaders throughout South Florida. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Louisiana State University. She is a member of the Florida Public Relations Association, the Gold Coast Public Relations Association, and the Central Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce. She is a supporter of the Women’s Foundation of Florida, and the League of Women Voters.

is a veteran journalist and writer with a diverse portfolio of work both as a marketing professional and freelancer. She’s written news stories at The Palm Beach Post about education, government, construction, real estate, and the environment. Some of her most notable work featured the rise and fall of Florida’s homebuilding titans and profiled equestrian life in Wellington, Florida. She won acclaim for a heart-wrenching profile of babies who died from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
